Vegan Pastry Chef Anaïs Galpin and Lingotto di Zafferano®

Last week we had the honor to collaborate with Anaïs Galpin, one of the most talented pastry chef on the international vegan scene.The cooking class took place at the Boffi showroom in Los Angeles, during which Anais created a beautiful peach and saffron tart, starring our Lingotto di Zafferano®.
The culinary demonstration was an incredibly special experience. And most of all, delicious and 100% plant based!
